Thanks for the thoughts.  I don't mind using a list but couldn't get it to feed the training course information to each row from the InfoPath form.  The individuals reporting the information are not always great at data entry so my goal was to cut down on their typing!  Can I get that to work or do I need two list and join ...

Is it possible to create a form in InfoPath that will record multiple records to a SharePoint library.  For instance, At the top of the form, I need to describe the training event, (Name of course, day, time, etc...) For this one event, I may need to enter 50 names of attendees.  When complete, I need 50 records created, reusing the ...
