InfoPath Dev

I receive the Red X for all images...Existing or new images...Strange thing is that it only occurs within a particular view...  If I switch views and insert images they appear as expected...

Not sure exactly what happened but I have an InfoPath form with multiple views... I setup the default view with a background image & our company logo...Now when I open the form all of the loaded images have been replaced with red x's... I am able to insert images on any of the other views, but for some reason I am unable to do so on my ...
