Thank you for your response. I am not quite sure what you mean by filter the data on the canvas. I am already returning all the data from the list. I just want to exclude 3 items from showing.

I have created an Infopath form in 2010 that has a repeating table with a dropdown list box that displays items from a particular SharePoint list.  I have been asked to ensure that when the form is displayed (Browser Based) that 3 of the items in the list be removed.
