Coming to the party waaaaaaaay late, but this is the only reference to this problem I have found so far. Same deal - opening an xsn file from SP2007 - 'open' and 'save' are both given as options. Open the same xsn from SP2010 - only 'save' is given. Was there ever a resolution to this? Jason
