InfoPath Dev

So after a lot of trouble shooting this issue, I have been able to come up with a solution.  The answer was to go with SharePoint 2010.  We upgraded late last week and was the overall solution.  Regretably, this does not help those users who need to stay with their existing SP2007 set-up. 

I was publishing the form to a Document Library (rookie mistake) but have switched to a Form Library.  Unfortunately I am still getting an error. I had one of the users that were not working to log onto a machine that works.....the form works for them so it is isolated to the users machine.
