Hi, If all the columns are on same form (no matter at which page/view), you can write rule on check box. condition: if checkbox is true action: set the field value (field5544) to fieldca1. Hope this works(if i understand the scenario clearly) thanks, Alok

I have a custom list in office 365 with a riched text box column. The list is customized in InfoPath. the data in riched text box is not showing in view but when i opened that form in edit mode the riched text box value is visible. There is no rule in that column.
