Hi Patrick,             It publishes right away. There are no timing out issue.Error message is so generic it is not giving any clues so to where the error is coming from. Any suggestions or idea is appreciated.   Thanks, Roger  

 Hi Hilary,            I do not have access to sharepoint logs. All I am getting is the message window with no details. My form design is good, have no idea where to look for errors.
