IP People Picker 2013

Does anyone know why the People Picker control in InfoPath '13 now has [Active Directory] after the a user's name? I have the control to set to choose from all users. This is new, as I've never seen this behavior in '10 or '07. How do you remove it?

Closing an InfoPath Form 2010 or 2007

Does anyone know how to close an InfoPath form without it closing to the form library it's publised too?
