I had contacted Microsoft and they were looking at it but I expected no return message about the issue. However, I did find that for whatever reason upgrading from IE8 to IE9 fixed our issue (if I recall correctly). I still have no idea why but hopefully this is the reason you're getting the same error and upgrading is an option for you!
