InfoPath Dev

 I have a new hire form that writes to a list and an email is also sent out when one is submitted.  One of the fields on the form is the SSN of the person.  I am wanting for this field to not display when the email goes out.  Is this possible?

We recently switched to office 365. I'm a looking to have a form that would feed to a list for mileage expenses. Is there any way possible to build a form where you can put a to and from addresses and it calculate the mileage similar to google maps? I've googled this and haven't really found an answer so that's why I am asking ...
