I did some checking and the problem seems to be that the check boxes at the bottom of the view titled "Page 1" are not pulling the information back out of the list. I've attached the XSN. Its a large form. The only data that is loading is from the top half of the view titled Page 1.

Yes, the data shows up correctly in the SP list but it's not in the form. I don't believe that I've done anything to customize the form. I built it from scratch using out of the box Infopath tools so it's fairly basic. Could you be more specific regarding what you mean by "customize"?
