Patrick, I appreciate the assistance. As the form I created has quite a bit of organizaitonal details, I am not able to post the form. Is there a process of areas that I'd need to check?  I am sorry. I have tried to add a digital signature on a 2003 template in it's own section and each time I attempt to preview and complete the Digital Signature and click OK the application shuts down. I haven't been able to figure out why this is happening.  Any suggestions? Thx

Ok, I saved locally and have the following: <my:SubmitStatus my:SubmitStatus="0">0</my:SubmitStatus> On submit the rule changes the boolean to "1" and on the form a check is in the box -> then the rest of the rules.  Is this correct?
