I accidentally overwrote the .xsn file on my hard drive but have not yet published the new version to SHarePoint.  How can I retrieve the "old" .xsn file from SharePoint?

Could you possibly look at the attached for me and see if you can spot my problem?  The source field is a PeoplePicker.  Error message received "my:RequestInformation/my:SubmitterContactInformation/my:Submitter/pc:Person/my:DisplayName" does not point to a valide location path of a field or group." I am currently using an Action Rule to submit using a data connection when a botton is clicked.  I would like to add contitions and only submit using the data connection if the conditions are met when the button is clicked.  How can I do that?
