Got the answer. I needed to add a password to the DB and add that into the InfoPath to allow the connection for anyone using the form. Since we are in a secure environment it didn't matter as far as password security if I put the password in it. That cleared the multiple copy issue and the Data access denial errors.

Has anyone run into this issue? I have provided a link to the non-browser enabled template.xsn file to for my users to click on and launch the form but when they do they get 4 copies of the form attempting to download. If they click Open on any of them they get an "data acccess error" when trying to reach the database. What is ...
