Thank you very much. Really appreciate your help on this. So far, i have managed to limit the data connection due to form's performance since it was also designed as browser infopath form. But moving forward, i will explore more on using the web service because i am not yet sure on how to use it.

Thank you for the response donstephen. However, i am not sure on how to clear the values in enterprise search center page. Can you guide me on how to do it? I  have used the default sharepoint enterprise search center site as my search page.

I have declared a search scope which is limited to 3 site collections on the search scope settings, set the rules and target results page. Hi! Thanks for immediate response. Sorry for the confusion. As i was saying, i wanted to create 2 views in form library which will display all items and current user's submitted form. This was assigned to me, however i just don't know how to do it. Hope you can still help me. Thanks again for the response.
