At first I added it to the database then to the form, but it was unbound and wouldn't submit info. I ended up deleting the unbound form, and as you said, refreshed the available fields via "Data Connections." The new field then appeared in my field list and I added it to the form. That's when submit stopped working.

I've been using an InfoPath form for a while without a problem. Recently, I added a field to the database, then went bank into InfoPath and added it to the form. However, when I did that, it broke submit. The option for enabling submission is grayed out and I get the error message "A many to one relationship might exist between two tables ...
