"to the library"... I think that is where we are diconnecting I'm in Central Admin -> General Application Settings -> Manage Data Connection Files  I put my udcx files there.  My question is how do I then access them?

I'm trying to convert an existing connection from a local data connection library to a centrally managed connection library.  I have no problem connecting to my local data connection.

that's what I do for the local data connection. but what is the URL for the Centrally mananage library?  So in your instance, what is library?

Does anyone know the URL or how to reference the for the udcx files placed in the "Manage Data Connection Files" on SharePoint.  I have no problem access the udcx files in a relative location (Local Data Connection Library) but when I move them to Centrally Managed Connection Library, I don't know what URL to reference to point ...

But how do I limit the action rule to only be run when the first field in the repeater changes?

How do I evaluate the first field of a repeating table to another field not in the Repeating Table when the data in the first field of the repeating table changes?  If they are not equal I want to set another field (status) to say they are not equal.
