So I tried setting the security level to full trust and still get the same message. Does anyone have any other ideas?

thanks for your response, brunettej. the weird part is that everyone has been using this form fine all year. but maybe you're onto something... could be an administrator or policy change. or possibly something to do with the server problems we experienced earlier in the week.hmmm...
