Feel silly...was much easier than I was making it. I filtered the data with the following conditions: SN Tool (sec) = Tool (Main) and SAP (sec) = SAP (Main) OR Tool (sec) = Tool (Main) and SAP (Main) is blank SAP  Tool (sec) = Tool (Main) and SN (sec) = SN (Main) OR Tool (sec) = Tool (Main) and SN (Main) is blank Hope this can help.
