InfoPath Dev

Hi,  I made a form to enter Employee Information that submitted to a Form Library in sharepoint site. and I would like to retrieve data from the library based on username.  I mean on the form load I want to fill fields by data stored in the Library. how could that be ?   thank you

I created a form with two different datePicker formats, Hijri and Gregorian the issue is that Hijri datePicker displays date in Hijri format but saves value in Gregorian format !!
