InfoPath Dev

Thanks Lockdown that worked; I had the periods there but realized we don't use special characters in account creation.  Also I had "or" instead of "and" which threw me off. 

I have a required ID field that I only want to accept 3 patterns of entry:nhxxxvendxxxxahsnxxxxax represents any character numerical or alphabetical.  I am using 'does not match pattern' with custom pattern of n?h?.... I tried n+h+.... but I get a red dash box regardless if I match or mismatch the requirements.
