InfoPath Dev

Is there any way to put a people picker into a template part?  I am trying to build template part for my common section, that I use in all my form with all there data conntection and controls but it doesn't let me do people picker which is an important one for me.

I need some help with some code that will copy specific data from on form and put it into another form.  There are a couple situation that I need to use this in one is where the in formation will go into the same form template and the other has a complete different form template.

I am dealing with the same this and you resolution work perfectly for our internal staff, but we have clients that will need to access this information, will this solution work for them?  We may have to get a Microsoft Authenticated Coding Signature for other reason, would that also resolve the trust issues?

I have a similar situation but I need to account for working hours, for example if the working hours are 7am to 5pm and job started on the 1-Jan-12 at 4pm and it was completed at 2-Jan-12 8am then the total should be 2hrs not 16hr. and as some add fun there are weekends and holidays.
