anyone? some help?

when I put in concat(clinicname,cliniclocation) in the subject title (using fx) it only gives me the the first clinic name and first clinic location that is on the list.  So what i did was go to the data connection > modify > fx > insert function> concat() > clinicname > cliniclocation > ok > than publish. I thought about doing that as well I just wasnt sure if there was a way to do it. I would think there would be a way.

I have done that and it returns the clinic name of the person at the top of the list.  So i choose Person D on my drop down list, when i put in concat(ClinicName,ClinicLocation) in the subject it displays person As clinic name and location..... when the email is sent.
