Thank you for the reply Hilary. Actually no The structure of the Sql was the issue i had three table join by a key . when i flatten it  to one table it work fine. 

 i am having this error when trying to submit to a sql database  InfoPath cannot submit the form. The form does not contain any new data to submit to the data source. thansk zee
