 The only way I could "fix" this was to reformat the Word document to remove the hanging indent from all the text, save the document, and then recreate the form in InfoPath. I don't think that you can fix it once it's in InfoPath, at least as far as I could see.

 I saw this same problem in a student's form. One method to "fix" it is to remove the hanging indent from the Word document and recreate it (not optimal I agree). I couldn't find any other way to fix it. I even tried making a new text field, but as soon as I mapped it to the original field, the hanging indent problem was ...
