Thank you,  I can open the induvidual files in excel using the method you described but as I have many files I would really like some sort of automated way of combining them. So instead of having form1, form2 ,.... form250 just having form_everything_combined.  Is there a way? maybe a different xml editor?  Regards  Olivier
