 I got it work. I had to clear the cache and it works fine !

Hi Skarn,      This might be naive. I can use your formula to retrive a particular field in a row(say row2). What do I need to do if I need to send an email to a field in the current row? i.e everytime a user enters a new row, the form needs to send an email to a field in that particular row.
