Figured it out: For some reason - despite updating the URN in the 'Form template properties' on the InfoPath 2010 backstage - the URN was not updated in all views and data connections. Doing a couple of find and replaces using Notepad++ allowed me to grab all the bad/new references, update them to reflect the good/old references, ...
