Thanks very much for your response.  What you have mentioned above is good to know anyway, however it turned out there was actually a problem with my outlook.  I tried the whole day to fix a problem that wasnt actually a problem, and all it needed for my outlook to fix itself was a restart... sigh.

I have a custom submit button that emails my form.  My form consists of a layout table with fields.  When submitting I just email the current view (so no I don't switch views).  When I receive the email I get the table and the logo but the fields that the user has filled out do not come across so its just the ...
