Have you tried using user roles or status fields (custom fields with a predetermined amount of values that coincide with the purpose of each of your views)?

Yep i have done an office 2007 repair install, i've also tried windows updates and no changes. I've also checked the file associations and they look good. It's a really wierd problem, the fact you can still create a new form still stuns me..

Thanks Ted, At the moment just doing a bit of research on content types and publishing the form that way hopefully some fruits will come from that, ill keep qrules as a possible solution after ive exhausted my freebie options :) thansk again ted for your reply regards Carlo
