InfoPath Form need form services, WSS 3.0 does not include that. Need Enterprise version or Form server.

My solution will be have 7 column for these 7 names. and use this to filter data. 1. change your list permission, design a view filter records for login user. then they can only see the items they can see and edit. 2. on your form, check if login user is able to see or edit , otherwise , show a blink view.
