InfoPath Dev

Hi,    I'm trying to do the same as Stas.  We are currently using InfoPath 2010 and Sharepoint 2007, with plans to upgrade to Sharepoint 2010 soon. Is there a way to clone without having to write code. If not do you have a sample code to accomplish the task? Thanks!

Is there a way to do this conversion? If not, is there a way to copy and paste all of my controls and the associated field and rules from my existing form to the new template?  Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided
