can check on the display name, whither its blank or not

When ever i deploy the infopath form to the SharePoint Forms library using K2 as it shows the following error when trying to open it. "You do not have permissions to access a SharePoint list that contains data required for this form to function correctly." i tried different forms with different libraries but still the same ...

i have a name picker in my forum, i want to put a validation rule or code that tell me when the picker is empty, i tried the "is not blank" but it dont work.

i made some code which actually closes the window but before the window closes there is an error appears for a second then the window closes, here is the code i wrote in the exit button:HttpContext.Current.Response.Write("<script>window.open('','_self','');window.close();</script>");  

 am making a web browser from with an exit button in it, i dont want the form just to close, i want the whole window to close when the button is clicked.
