Not sure how correct it is, but read that if I need to view forms in a browser you need Infopath services.  I'm afraid that from a company point were not looking at sharepoint and have no plans for the future.  I think that's the wrong decision but I have no influence here. Thanks for your help, I think I no where the problem now is.  The IT departtment don't have any intention on installing infopath services, probably too much work for them.  So I think I'm stuck with restricted security and outlook along with, as suggested, Infopath on each machine.
