InfoPath Dev

Hi,  I wanted to make a dropdown list of department names, and if 'Other' is selected, I wanted to allow the user to enter in a custom department name that is not on the list. Is there a way to do this in the dropdown list only (I am using IP 2003)?    Thanks!
