Hi  We are using InfoPath 2003 SP3. I have a form with a role whose user assignment is an AD group. This role is not the default role. Up until recently this has been working fine - the members of the AD group are assigned the correct role on opening the form. Historically, our AD users had a common name in the format First Name Last Name ...

I am using jscript in InfoPath 2003 (I can't therefore use C#) - is there a jscript version of this? Thanks Anne

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am struggling to understand what you mean - would you be able to give me some more information on how I go about this? I have found how to clone the row but I am not sure what to do next (i.e. save values in parameters and pass parameter values to the fields - how do I do this??).  Many thanks  Anne
