The problem: Using a hyperlink from a page to open a form with forms services works fine. The source attribute has been set to redirect to the page it was opened from.  Hi Hilary, Many thanks for your response. After reading I checked the height of the top level repeating section and it was set to a value. I changed this to auto and it all works fine now  :) Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
