My problem has been resolved. I ran a windows update and one of the installations fixed the problem.

All office components are installed except: "New and Open Microsoft Office Docuemtn Shortcuts"  -under the Office Shared features "Smart Tag Plugins" - under office tools "Smart Tag .Net Programmability Support" - under office tools

I have a 2003 infopath form I created on a VPC running XP and published the form to a MOSS 2007 server. I can open the from from my VPC without a problem. If I try to open the form from my main pc (Running Win 7 with InfoPath2007) I get the error "Infopath cannot create a new, blank form. Infopath cannot open the form. To fix the problem ...
