I agree. There must be some permission problems somewhere. I get the same error when I run as SPAdmin too. The confusing this is that I can navigate directly to the URL for the service and see the XML in the browser. So, at some level, my permissions must be okay. Where do you suggest I look to track these down?

Thanks. And - yes - I'm doing that. All references for DEV are being changed for the corresponding references to LIVE. And that's why I'm not quite understanding why the form won't work. But knowing where to start looking is proving half the battle.
