Hi Hoveyg first thanks for your reply i can understand every thing except(Most times I just create a hidden combo box with all the stages)  an Iam not sure on  how to set status or stage field  if there is any article for that could you please send me or else could you explain me ,sorry to trouble you. thanks Ashok

hello there   i like to pull managers detail in infopath form ,my question is i pulled users detail and his manager detail using data connection option but i just want to know that it is possible to pull managers manager information on form loading by the user.please help i need to finish this project ASAP. thanks ashok
