Hi Patrick, Thanks for the quick reply.  I don't believe it is a domain trust issue as the server and users are in the same domain.  I tried making the form Full Trust, but it either has to be digitally signed or installed before it works when the users pull it down from SharePoint. I didn't need to do either of these tasks ...
