Hi Patrick Halstead  I have found a simple solution on the problem by dividing the table in two and use the CC field.But it is not the most elegant way to do it and I have to maintain two tables, and what do I do when the number of recipients exceeds 200 or 300?  

It cannot be a space problem because I have tested by concat the whole table into a text string and paste it into the receiver field without any problems. But it is not so easy to maintain a text string as it is to maintain a table. And I am not sure about using distribution lists
