Here's where we are: we have tried the steps that were suggested by Princevis, but it didn't make any difference. Too bad. But I have tested with a full copy of InfoPath 2007 and then it works. So, our workaround is to design the forms ... Posted to Workflow (Forum) by lgeleyns on 09-16-2009 Re: Sharepoint workflow doesn't show all Infopath promoted fields Oops, that's going to be a difficult one: this server is not in our hands... and we don't have access to that. But we will try it on a test server where we do have access. If this is indeed the solution we will know what we will have to ask for to the central IT department. Information about the test with a trial version of ... Posted to Workflow (Forum) by lgeleyns on 09-04-2009 Re: Sharepoint workflow doesn't show all Infopath promoted fields Thanks for this extensive guideline. I 'm still struggling with what you call Central Admin and enabling infopath form services. Where do I find Central Admin? Is it a setting in InfoPath, in Sharepoint Designer, Is it a setting on the server where the sharepoint sites are located, ...? Appologies if my questions sound stupid, but as I told ... Posted to Workflow (Forum) by lgeleyns on 09-04-2009 Re: Sharepoint workflow doesn't show all Infopath promoted fields @ Princevis: As far as I can see I can only publish directly into the DocLib. I don't get an option to choose to publish through Central admin. Where could I find this? Regarding a possible incompatibility between Sharepoint designer 2007 and InfoPath2003: I'll try to download a testversion of IP 2007 and see whether it makes ... I've managed to upload the picture now. Posted to Workflow (Forum) by lgeleyns on 09-04-2009 Re: Sharepoint workflow doesn't show all Infopath promoted fields By using this insert/edit image button I need to link to a URL. I have this picture as a file. Simply inserting path and filename doesn't seem to work. Any other option? Posted to Workflow (Forum) by lgeleyns on 09-04-2009 Re: Sharepoint workflow doesn't show all Infopath promoted fields I publish directly into the Documents Library. Posted to Workflow (Forum) by lgeleyns on 09-04-2009 Re: Sharepoint workflow doesn't show all Infopath promoted fields this is exactly my problem: I don't get the choice to check any box. I would like to show you this window that opens when I want to Modify a field but apparantly I cannot paste any pictures in this editor. Posted to Workflow (Forum) by lgeleyns on 09-04-2009 Re: Sharepoint workflow doesn't show all Infopath promoted fields @Princevis: I'll try to explain what I want to do and how. We want to automate the current manual flow of documents in our company. At the moment we have identified around 30 document types that still have to be filled out manually, go to a number of approvers or people who have to add more information and finally end up in a department that ... Posted to Workflow (Forum) by lgeleyns on 09-04-2009 Re: Sharepoint workflow doesn't show all Infopath promoted fields @Qazi Anis: as I'm fairly new in working with Sharepoint (and still have to learn a lot), I don't exactly understand what you mean: where can I set these fields editable? In the Settings on the sharepoint site I don't see a possibility, I don't see it in Sharepoint Designer nor in my Infopath form. I have seen in some ...
