Yes, created on 2007 and all users are using 2007.

I published the template (.xsn) via InfoPath's publishing wizard. I have uploaded template files before but rarely do that (is that what happens when you don't publish?). At any rate, it is published and some users get the error and some users don't so scratching my head.  Thanks for any pointers!

So what did you learn? I don't have a book and would like to know the solution to the issue as I am seeing the same thing with some user accounts but not others. Thanks.
