I have the same setup (infopath form with certificate on SharePoint). When a forms get signed on a web based form, The signature stamp is missing the first name, meaning it only show "lastname,
When I sign it using the infopath everything is fine I see the full name: "lastname, firstname"
Any ideas what could cause ...
