Yes, changing the data validation makes the survey much faster online.  However, it did nothing for publishing - the only thing that corrected the publishing was reducing the items in the email view. Submit to Email - Nope.

The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server: Server was unable to process request. ---> Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. I sometimes get this when I use design checker - is it something in my template??
