InfoPath Dev

This is what I see if I if I right click on Signature 1 And this is what I get when I right click on 2,3, or 4  Thanks so much for trying to help.

Infopath newbie here... How can I delete these signatures1 and those under it. I already deleted the objects assigned to it. I tried going to the Form Options>Digital Signature to remove the "signable data"... there are no signable data. Help! Thanks
