InfoPath Dev

My infopath form right now does not submit to any datasource, just receives data.  The form has fields which receive some of the data from the sql datasource- Source 1 which is separate than the sharepoint list and some of the data from sharepoint list-Source 2. The fields in my sql data source-Source 1 are ID, A, B, C, D, ...
