The fields are basically counters and if they are equal the page break is not displayed.  This is because you do not want an extra page break at the end of the document.  If you set the default values for the fields and configure the conditional formatting similar to the original example, your form should work.

Hello,  I have an InfoPath form that is opened after it is prepopulated with data.  The data populates a repeating section on the form.  After each repeating section there needs to be a page break (each repeating section is one printed page).  How can this be accomplished without usng code?  Every attempt at a solution ...
