Hi - generally this error is because the main data source was changed in the form template. It sounds like you have added and deleted fields.
There are versioning settings - you can set the template to upgrade existing XML. If you've deleted, moved or renamed nodes in the main data source of the template, you will have data loss if you ...

I understand not wanting to have the field on the form, the purpose is to be able to set it via rules, etc.
I do not know of a reason that the command would work sometimes, which is what I think you are saying is currently happening. I do notice on your form the Submit button does not have postback set to "always" - it would be helpful ...

You have the postback on the command node set to always? And it works when you paste the command in from preview but not when you enter the same command in the browser?
I'd like to see your form template - can you either attach it to the Options tab or send it to Support AT Qdabra DOT com and mention this thread in the email?
Thanks!

If GenerateGuid is failing, you may have accidentally disabled qRules in your form. Try re-injecting.

Hi -
Sorry to say - but this is not easy.

Here's an article that may help you. You can also do this with qRules if you prefer not to write the code yourself.

Hi - if your secondary data connection returns multiple rows, they should be displayed. In the data source task pane, if you switch from your main data source to your secondary data source (2DS), and start clicking the plus signs by the folders, do you eventually have a repeating group in your data source? And if you drag that repeating group onto ...

Well, the initial issue I can see is that if you are using InfoPath + SharePoint, your step here:
At the end of that meeting the actions are uploaded to sharepoint action items table.
Is not straightforward. Subimtting items from a repeating section of an InfoPath form to a list requires code, ...

I'm thinking your conditional formatting needs to be based off a count of the repeating group where the checkbox is whatever = checked in your form.
count(group/repeatinggroup[checkboxfield='true']) > 0
sort of a thing.
